If you need one of the following residential permits (Deck Residential 1-2-3 Family, Electrical Residential 1-2-3- Family, Heating Residential 1-2-3 Family, Hydronic Heating Residential 1-2-3 Family, New Residential 1-2-3 Family Addition, New Residential 1-2-3 Family Dwelling, Plumbing Residential 1-2-3 Family, Roofing Residential 1-2-3 Family, Siding Residential 1-2-3 Family, or Windows Residential 1-2-3 Family) and you are not a City of Toledo Registered Licensed Contractor, you may print the application form from our website, but you must apply in person at our Building Inspection Office and provide proof of home ownership and personal identification.
