2009 Goals and Objectives:
1. Implementation of the new ERP financial system.
2. Develop and issue banking services RFP and award contract for 2010-2012 by September 30, 2009 to coordinate with projected January 1, 2010 implementation of new financial system.
3. Establish with SAP transition team timetable for citywide fixed asset and infrastrucure inventory in conjunction with and prior to implementation of the ERP.
4. Develop comprehensive list of general accounting reporting needs and requirements for ERP implementation by June 30, 2009.
5. Develop cooperative procurement initiative in conjunction with implementation of ERP financial system.
