Buckeye Real Estate Group
One house. A family of 13. Hundreds of volunteers. An incredible, high-energy week. That was the result of a heart-warming and jaw-dropping construction project that would forever change the lives of Toledo firefighter Aaron Frisch, his wife Jackie, and their 11 children, eight of whom adopted. The project, part of the popular television show “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition”, was possible because of the selfless efforts of Buckeye Real Estate Group. The truly incredible story lies in the construction of the house, which was built entirely by volunteers, and was overseen by Buckeye Real Estate Group. The “Extreme Makeover” project was just one of a long string of local philanthropic efforts by Buckeye. The company recently played a key role in a project to build five homes to allow low-income Toledoans to become first-time homeowners. Because of these outstanding efforts, Buckeye Real Estate Group is recognized, with great pride, as Citizen of the Month for September 2008.
