Theresa M. Gabriel

Theresa M. Gabriel was first employed by the City of Toledo in 1963 with the Toledo Civil Service Commission. Later, in 1983 Ms. Gabriel became Administrative Operations Officer for the Division of Streets, Bridges and Harbor. In 1997 she was appointed Commissioner of the Division.
In December 2002, Ms. Gabriel retired and was appointed clerk of the Toledo Municipal Court.
Until her latest promotion, Ms. Gabriel served as Director of Human Resources for the City of Toledo.
She is a former President of the Toledo Chapter of NAACP.
