By submitting the form below you can request a proclamation from the Mayor's Office for your special occasion. Special occasions include anniversaries, birthdays and the designation of a month, day or week. We kindly ask that you send your proclamation request well in advance and allow at least two weeks for the proclamation to be prepared. Shorter notice requests will be considered on a case by case basis. Please include an explanation with your request.
