How to connect to the City of Toledo FTP Server

1. Start Internet Explorer.

2. Navigate to this website:  HTTPS://38.101.101.21

3. You will see the security prompt.

4. Press the “Yes” button.

5. You will see the login screen.

6. Enter your login name and password.

User name:       toledocc

Password:        toledo

7. If you entered the correct username and password you will then see a screen with the City seal followed by a directory of items available on the FTP server.

8. Below the city seal is the list of folders to which you have access.  To enter a folder, click on the folder name, which is in red.  To download a file from the folder, right click on the file, select “Save Target as” from the menu. Select your folder to save the file to.

     9.  If you need to go to another department, click on the “To Parent Directory” red link, and you  

          will be taken back to the previous screen.

    10. When done, close the Internet Explorer window.
